Navigating Sexual Shame for Purity Culture Dropouts

Join us to learn how to navigate the sexual shame that purity culture instilled in you. In this interactive class, we talk about how shame works, how it takes root, and the different ways that it may manifest in people raised with shame, silence, and fear around sex. We also address some of the topics that people tend to feel the most sexual shame around, and provide factual and normalizing information to help you reconcile those feelings! Finally, we share helpful information for how to move through shame. Our classes are interactive and fun, even when the topic is heavy! I am joined by my frequent collaborator Jasmine, a trauma therapist and licensed clinical social worker.
