So You Think You're LGBTQ+? (or you know you are, but you're new to it) for Purity Culture Dropouts

$30.00

This class is for you if you think that you're probably...maybe...actually... somewhere in the LGTBTQ+ umbrella.

Purity culture teaches us that queer sexualities and genders are unacceptable, so how do you make sense of your identity when that message is playing in the background? When you feel like you're coming out "too late" or maybe when you're already in a partnership with a straight person? When you don't know if you'll have a place in queer community?

We'll talk about things like identity development, how you "know," what all the terminology and labels mean, how/when/and if to come out, dating, queer sex and sexual health, LGBTQ+ history and cultural evolution, community, the intersections of other identities, and more.

You are welcome no matter how uncertain, questioning, or closeted you are.

Join two 40 something queer femmes (me and Jasmine, my co-host and a licensed social worker) as we guide you through the answers to the important questions that you may have. Think of us as your welcoming aunts who are here to support you.
